2. Video Files & Automated Purging
When you upload a video for compression, the file is temporarily stored on secured, isolated processing volumes strictly for the purpose of executing the requested compression job.
- We do not view, analyze, catalog, sell, or share your video content.
- Files are permanently erased from our physical storage disks according to plan expiration schedules or upon manual deletion by the user.
- All data transmissions occur over encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) protocols.
3. Information We Collect
For registered users, we collect account details including name and email address to manage subscriptions and authentication. For guest visitors, we record temporary IP rate limits to prevent denial-of-service abuse.
